I’ve just tried it.
This is a wonderful short and relaxing exercise to ground yourself and anchor the ‘ascension energy’ within you deep into the core of Mother Earth Gaia.
She holds us and we transit with her towards the 5th dimensional plane.
Please don’t forget to breathe in deeply and slowly while doing this. Our physical body and organs need oxygen to heal and to release all negative energy in all the meridian points. Good for Reiki healers to practice this every day .. any time .. anywhere. Most of all, enjoy! Namaste
